The Spiritual Dimension of the Enneagram: From Personality to Presence
Rogue Valley Metaphysical Library, 1757 Ashland St, Ashland, OR, USFREE ADMISSION – 1757 Ashland St., Ashland, OR. One mile west of I-5 Exit 14.
The Enneagram is an ancient and sacred nine-pointed symbol and system of personal transformation that describes nine different personality types or styles. “Ennea” is Greek for nine, and “gram” means a drawing, written character or letter. Study and practice of the Enneagram can help you to: 1) Identify and move beyond old, unconscious and painful habits of body, heart and mind 2) Increase understanding of and compassion for self and others 3) Effectively integrate psychological, behavioral and spiritual life 4) Gain access to type-related Spiritual Qualities and, ultimately, your Essence or True Nature.
This presentation will introduce participants to the fundamentals of the modern Enneagram, including: the 9 Types, 3 Centers of Intelligence, 3 Instincts, 27 Subtypes, 2 Wings, Inner Lines, Stress/Growth and Security/Heart Points. Popular applications of Enneagram theory and practice will be noted, e.g. in business, therapy, relationships, parenting, human resources, and more. In the second half we will look at the more spiritual or transpersonal dimensions of the system, which include the Virtues and Holy Ideas, Essential or Spiritual Qualities, and the return to our True Nature.
“The Enneagram is one of the few personality systems that anchors type in spiritual life. The system provides a link between the nine personality types and Higher Consciousness.” -Helen Palmer

From Pain to Power: Your Breakthrough Guide to Unshakable Freedom by Sol Santos
Rogue Valley Metaphysical Library, 1757 Ashland St, Ashland, OR, USFREE ADMISSION – 1757 Ashland St., Ashland, OR. One mile west of I-5 Exit 14.
Have you ever felt that your most difficult life experiences, your breakdowns, illnesses, or tragedies, were trying to tell you something profound? The truth is, your trauma may not be a punishment, but a signal, a quantum-level message from your authentic self-attempting to course-correct your life.
This two-hour lecture applies the “Soul Freedom” Three-Pillar Integration Framework (Science, Psychology, and Spirituality) to show how periods of intense pain force a massive, spiritual and sensory awakening.
What you will discover: The Science of Survival vs. Sight: Understand how the chronic stress response (the cortisol/adrenaline flood) normally shuts down rational thought, but how acute crisis can shock your system out of the “Gingerbread Lifestyle Trap” and force you to rely on a deeper inner compass.
-
Decoding Quantum Soul Communication: Learn to recognize that events we dismiss as random “coincidences” are actually the soul’s most urgent, course-correcting guidance. This lecture shows you how to stop running from the pain and start reading its message.
-
From Hyper-Arousal to Intuitive Power: Explore the research linking trauma to heightened sensory awareness and how the very mechanism that makes you hypervigilant- your body’s extreme sensitivity to stimuli- can be retrained into genuine energetic sensitivity and perceptive ability.
-
The Practical Path to Power: Walk away with the three actionable steps to integrate these pillars- recognizing the matrix, practicing somatic based exercises to rewire your nervous system, and finally trusting the quiet, steady voice within to guide your decisions.
This is more than a lecture; it’s a guide to transforming your deepest wounds into your clearest, most powerful inner wisdom.
Sol Santos is a living testament to the human spirit’s boundless capacity for transformation. His journey—a powerful and deeply personal odyssey that began in São Paulo, Brazil, and navigated the stark contrasts of being a melanated child raised by German-American parents in Fargo, North Dakota, is the foundation of his mission to help others unlock their authentic selves.
For much of his life, Sol wrestled with a profound identity crisis. Adopted and later losing his connection to his adoptive family, raised in an environment shaped by the pain of an adult child of an alcoholic, and struggling to reconcile his racial identity, he felt perpetually untethered. This deep-seated fear and yearning for love and belonging was tragically misdirected. For years, he followed a destructive external narrative, one that falsely convinced him he was “meant to be a criminal,” leading to a life defined by cycles of pain, incarceration, and disconnection.
The pivotal moment of clarity arrived while Sol was sitting in a jail cell. It was there he realized the pain he was inflicting on his daughter by disappearing was the very abandonment he himself had endured. This realization sparked a profound commitment to change. Through programs like Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), he experienced a life-altering epiphany: his personality was not a fixed defect, but a program created to help him survive.
“I wasn’t born to be a criminal. I was simply following a script.” This shift, from self-condemnation to self-empathy, forgiveness, and compassion, unlocked his ability to research and understand his own journey. This deep dive led him and his wife to create The Science of Spirituality, teachings that connect ancient wisdom and modern science that are key to human transformation.
Today, Sol Santos is a devoted husband and father, a man who has not only found his true capacity for deep, unconditional love but has also built a fulfilling life far beyond the boundaries of his past programming. He now possesses the tools to consciously choose his path, ignoring the “noise of the world” and the limiting scripts society attempts to impose.
His passion is to empower you to follow your own internal compass. Sol Santos’s work is a powerful invitation to stop following the narratives fed to you, listen to the voice deep within your soul, and deliberately step into the life you were truly meant to live.
