Sacred Softness is a two-day mini retreat created for women who are ready to slow down, soften, reconnect, and deepen into self-love. This experience offers a calm, supportive space for reflection, emotional renewal, and meaningful connection.
This is not an overnight retreat. Each day is intentionally held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, creating a gentle and accessible window for healing and integration without overwhelming your energy or responsibilities.
Throughout the experience, participants will be guided through reflective journaling, emotional healing workshops, sisterhood connection, sacred rituals, and embodied practices designed to support nervous system grounding, presence, and inner renewal. A nourishing atmosphere, thoughtful gifts, and intentional details are included to help you feel held and supported throughout the weekend.
