What we’re about
SAGE is a social/support group run by autistic people for autistic people, you don’t need a formal diagnosis to join and support people are welcome.
SAGE values acceptance, respect, community, and peer to peer validation. We believe in looking for the similarities, not the differences, while valuing diversity. We aim to set a safe, casual social space for people to relate to others, grow socially and have some fun 🙂
SAGE is independent and non political, the focus of our events is to improve the social well-being of those on the spectrum who are seeking understanding and community.

Join us for FREE gentle yoga led by a professional yoga instructor.
This class is open to people of all abilities.
If you have a yoga mat please bring it.
There are a limited number of mats available to borrow at the venue.This is a fully inclusive event and EVERYONE is welcome!
We welcome newcomers and recognise it can take courage to do something different.If you have any questions, or maybe like the idea but feel unsure, please message one of the hosts. We will do what we can to help you to feel welcome.

11:00 AM: Yoga led by a professional instructor begins
12:00 PM: Session endsParking: Free parking is available at the Herb Graham Recreation Centre.
Public transport: The Herb Graham Recreation Centre is a ten minute walk from Mirrabooka Bus Station.
The yoga class is part of Club Reclink, funded by local, state and federal governments, and philanthropy, so, it's free to attend.😊
