We will collectively work with the cosmic energies which will deepen our connection to our highest selves. We will release what no longer serves us into the ocean and receive what’s for our highest and best through guided meditation as well as recive Holf Fire Reiki.

• Feet in water if possible- release all that’s need to go in order to manifest what’s for your highest self
• Back in circle call in what we truly desire
• Meditate on feeling what it feels like to have it
