Together we are hosting a Healing Weekend Women's Retreat! Beach Side!
This will be a small intimate group for our first Women's Retreat, so there is limited space!

3 days and 3 nights 3 meals per day included at a beautiful home walking distance to the beach. A short drive to downtown St. Augustine, FL. Includes a sunset cruise of the inter-coastal downtown STA area & space in the afternoons for free time.

Conscious Connected Breath work, Plant Bath, make your own essential-oil spray.

One 1:1 Session of Reiki or Breath work.

Heart-opening guided mediations & conversations, journal prompts. An Introduction group zoom call & one integration group zoom breath work after the retreat closes.

Gentle Stretch Yoga with Sound bowls & Reiki for all bodies on the beach each day.
We have single and shared rooms available, Rates Start at $850 for single room with private bath and $650 for shared room. Price includes all of what is listed above!

Reiki Exchange - In Person Event
Mystic Light Center, 2825 North Tenth Street, St. Augustine, fl, USNewbies absolutely welcome! Experience Reiki (receive only) and see what a session looks like (observe Practitioners).
Reiki Certification (Level 1 or higher), or instruction/education in other energy healing modalities suggested but not required. Practitioners give and receive (Exchange).
We will practice Reiki hands above the body from shoulders up, hands on only from shoulders down. This ensures no touching head, face or neck areas. If a person does not wish to be touched at all, those wishes will be honored. This is for the the safety and comfort of all who attend.
Soap, water and hand sanitizer is provided.
We will sit in circle, greet each other, then enjoy a group guided meditation that includes sending healing energy to others.
Tables will be set up for our use, 2 to 5 Practitioners at each table depending on number in attendance. Each attending will get 15 to 20 minute session from other Practitioners. RMT Maureen "Mo" Aruta will co ordinate and oversee.
After the Reiki Exchange ends at 4:30 pm, you are invited to stay and have some light snacks and socialize with attendees.
This is a great opportunity to practice your skills and receive a Reiki treament too. 15 to 20 minutes on a table can work wonders!

Gentle stretching poses have the option to be fully supported! As poses are held, each person will receive one on one Reiki energy along with sound healing incorporated during savasana with drumming and chimes.
Give yourself the time for rest and integration of what your body, mind and spirit calls for.
Please register in advance as space is limited. Plan on being there before 6:10PM. Doors will open at 5:50PM as we open this sacred space promptly at 6:15PM.Indulge in an 90 minute class designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit through the practice of restorative yin yoga and reiki energy healing.
Bring Yoga mat and Bolster/Pillows & water as supplies are limited available
