Yoga with Manu – Slow Flow

A calm, breath-led vinyasa with plenty of options. Slow, steady sequences to build strength and mobility without strain, plus a restful finish. Come as you are; beginners are very welcome.
We’ll start with some breathing exercises and a warm-up to relax the mind and prepare the body. Following that will be a series of smooth and easy asanas (poses). We’ll finish up with some stretches and a meditation.
