Things Fall Apart - Monday, August 11th 6pm @ Ancient Owl Beer Garden SLO

Hey guys,

For our middle-of-Summer read, we're going with Things Fall Apart by Nigerian author Chinua Achebe. Written in the 1950s, it's a novel about the impact of colonialism on Nigeria, as told through the eyes of an Igbo warrior. I haven't read the book yet, so that's my spark notes summary.

Here's the essentials:

• When: Monday, August 11th at 6pm
• Where: Ancient Owl Beer Garden & Bottle Shoppe, 3197 Duncan Rd A, San Luis Obispo. I will have the raggedy cardboard sign up
