Chollas Lake Wildlife Walk

Join a Park Ranger for a walk at Chollas Lake Park!

This walk will focus on birds and other wildlife of the Chollas Lake area.

This is an EASY 1 mile hike with multiple stops, suitable for all ages with an elevation gain/loss of approximately 100 feet. We will be hiking on and off trails with some rocks, uneven surfaces and steps. *This walk is not stroller accessible. Bring water, sturdy shoes and sun protection.

Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome. Please bring extra water for your pet.

Meet at the north end of the Chollas Lake parking area (6350 College Grove Dr) on the east side of the lake near the bathrooms. *Allow extra time for parking. If the lot is full you will need to park on the street and walk in.
