Meet at the Brazil Building. From there we will take the Selby trail to Jewel Lake, where we will stop for lunch, then we will visit Little Farm, returning via Wildcat Gorge trail, then Lake Anza to the parking area. We hike at a comfortable pace around 20 to 22 minute miles, with occasional stops to regroup. Distance is about 6 to 7 miles, 800ft. elevation Suitable footwear is recommended, bring water and something to share.

Additional Directions: The Brazil building is near the junction of Wildcat Canyon Rd and Shasta Rd in Tilden Park, 1500 Wildcat Canyon Rd, Berkeley.

Join us for a hike in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The full route will be approximately 13 miles with 2,000 ft of elevation gain with an early opt-out available. Moderate pace. Not for speed demons or gazelles, but not a beginner's hike. Hikers with relaxed attitudes especially welcome.

Meet: 10 AM, at the Saratoga Gap Vista Point, at the junction of Hwys 9 & 35.

Bring: Water, lunch, weather-appropriate clothing.
NOTE: No water or restrooms at meeting point.

Cancellation Policy: Rain, excessive heat, or poor air quality cancels.

Let in the Wow: Luxurious Walking in Delight Zen Mindfulness is a slow walking practice designed to relax and balance yourself resulting in deepening connection to your inner nature. It is often accompanied with an experience of delight. Attendees report a change in awareness and some report their heart opening. We will check in, walk in luxurious awareness and share. Halley, your guide, is author of Walking Into Enlightenment available near July 22nd. There is a limit of 12 people.

Additional Directions: We will meet in front of 1853 Solano Ave, Berkeley in the parklet. This is in a cute park nestled in between Pegasus and Zachary's Pizza, off the sidewalk.
