Chef Paddy Rawal delivers authentic
Indian and Southeast Asian dishes focusing on freshness and flavor. He is the former owner of Raaga-Go Indian Restaurant in Agua Fria here in Santa Fe, so some of you Foodies may be familiar with him. Or you may have seen him beat Bobby Flay on the Food Network with his Chicken Tikka Masala which by the way is on the menu.
