### Invitation to My First Community Event – “Rosé & Release”

I’m so excited to host my first-ever community event on Mallorca:

“Rosé & Release” – Sunset Pilates, mindful breathing & a glass of rosé to end the day!

🌅 Here’s what’s planned:
– Around 50 minutes of Pilates by the sea
– Followed by mindfulness, awareness & Pilates breathwork
– Then a relaxing Mallorcan rosé – on me! (while supplies last)
– All accompanied by beautiful sundowner music

📍 Location: Puig de Ros – by the sea
🕖 Time: 19:30 - 21:00
📌 Please bring: A mat or large towel

🌅 Was dich erwartet:

– anschließend Mindfulness, Achtsamkeit & Pilates-Atmung
– zum Ausklang gibt’s ein Glas Rosé von Mallorca – auf mich! (Solange der Vorrat reicht)
– begleitet von wundervoller Sundowner-Musik

Wichtig: Es handelt sich dennoch um eine geschlossene Veranstaltung – bitte vorher anmelden, erst dann gibt es den genauen Treffpunkt.
