If you are already into Nordic Walking, then bring your Nordic Walking Poles with the correct glove connections and let's have a fun walk. A single loop on the paved sidewalk is about a mile, or so and at a gentle pace will take about a half hour. There are restrooms near where we will be parking.

If you are curious about how Nordic Walking can benefit you personal health goals, then perhaps we can meet a half hour or so before the scheduled time for the walk to begin. I can explain the health benefits and why Nordic Walking is a wonderful way to take fun walks.
