SAVOR SARASOTA DINNER $45
First Course (Choice of):
Selva Wild Ceviche - Ceviche of fresh seasonal white fish & fresh lime, onion, cilantro, Cusco corn & roasted camotes.
Maya Shrimp Ceviche - Shrimp marinated in orange, lime juice, achiote, tossed with avocado, tomato, red onion & Cusco corn.
Second Course (Choice of):
Malbec Braised Short Ribs - Slow braised short ribs in Selva’s own sweet demi-glace served with Israeli curry couscous risotto and roasted asparagus.
Arroz con Pato - Grilled duck breast, cilantro and green pea beer risotto with a roasted red pepper salsa.
Salmon Chileno - Chilean salmon, jumbo lump crab and manchego topping, served with jasmine rice and roasted bell pepper tamale, finished with a mango beurre monté.
Third Course (Choice of):
- Pot of Mousse - Bittersweet and white chocolate mousses, dark chocolate “pot”, cappuccino tartufo chocolate.
- South American Sundae - Selva’s sweet plantains served warm in a rich rum molasses with vanilla ice cream. Finished with a dust of almonds & pecans

There is no pre-planned food or wine with this event. You will have the entire menu from which to select your meal and beverages or you may select from the Savor menu linked above. You must settle your tab directly with the restaurant the night of the event.
A deposit of the exact amount (no rounding pls, we use the amount to determine which location you are requesting) $34.27 via the methods below is required to hold your spot. Be sure to pay by 11pm the day you indicate you will attend to avoid being moved to not going.
If you get on the WL, send the deposit as we may reserve an additional table based upon interest.
IMPORTANT PLEASE: To avoid any confusion, in the notes section of your payment, please include the event 🍽️ name and date.
Members who attend will be refunded the weekend after the event. No-shows or late cancellations that we cannot fill from the waitlist will not be refunded. Always a best practice to add a note to the comments section of the event if you change your RSVP so that we can do our best to fill your spot.
