Do you need to get back into shape? Walking is the best way. Come join the Seaport step walking group. I’m trying to start and grow an amazing group for amazing people. I’m trying to start a new revolution. Everyone needs to get in shape, just as I do. I’ve started on the path and I’m on the journey to feel better, have more energy, have more focus, and look better as well. If you want to do the same, come join our group. We will be walking every day Monday thru Friday at the Seaport in Boston. The one I take is generally around the fish pier in Boston, and also on the Maritime and other piers. Walk is a power walk where we actually move. We don’t run, we walk quickly. The views are incredible.. I personally stop and do push-ups and squats. You’re welcome to join me if you wish.
