Jazz Jam in Redmond at SoulFood Coffeehouse - Last Thursday edition LATIN NIGHT

Come and connect around appreciation of the great American art form! The SoulFood Coffeehouse jazz jam is a casual, all-ages gathering, open to the public. Join in on stage or hang out and listen along.

Afro-Cuban Latin Night returns with percussion and horns! Andre Mueller will be at the musical helm and play keys, John Roth will MC and play bass.

Rules of the road for the Soul Food Jazz Jam:
It's a low key, open format session. There's no sign-up list, just be sure to personally introduce yourself to John or raise a hand from the audience. We play an opening set then invite performers to take turns onstage, including rhythm section players. This session is about Afro-Cuban style so be prepared! There's a mic available for singers - please bring charts for particular songs and keys.
