What we’re about
Do you love classical music concerts? Do you get fascinated by symphonies and operas? Or, are you a fan of intimately appealing chamber music? Would you like to discuss about a particular interpretation, share your own experience as a listener or a performer, or put forward your own musical thoughts? Here we are, looking forward to build an active community of friends connected by the love for music. Throughout the year we have an exciting schedule of numerous classical music offerings in the Puget Sound and neighboring areas - ranging from big concerts to little humble recitals. Many of these events go unnoticed from the large audience due to lack of publicity. Yet most of them are as exotic as it could be. Through this community we wish to launch into a treasure hunt for these secret gems. Share the news and recommendations for upcoming performances so that we can make plans to attend. Be it the Baroque, Classical, Romantic or Contemporary - whatever is the style, we are up for it. This is your chance to enjoy the essence of classical music in a fun, casual and spirited atmosphere with a group of like-minded people. All we need is a music lover like you! Please note that all members are require to purchase their own tickets unless otherwise noted.

See all- Chamber Music: Mozart/Dvorak/Lena Frank/FoleyGood Shepherd Center, Seattle, WA
Hello All,
If you are able, please join us for a performance by a brand new Seattle based group called Jigsaw Ensemble! I'll meet up with everyone 45 minutes prior to the start of the concert and be on the back left side of the hall. The program is a mix of classics and eclectic, starting off with perhaps Mozart's most famous Trio "Kegelsttatt", which has the unusual instrumentation of viola, clarinet, and piano. It is a later work with the typical wit and charm of Mozart. After, is a powerful work by Gabriela Lena Frank called Hilos (Threads) that recreates scenes from every day life in short movements that range the gamut from flashy dances to melancholic children's toys. Rounding out the program are Xavier Foley's An Ode To Our Times and Dvorak's seldom performed String Quartet No. 2.
For those that don't know, the musicians in Jigsaw are all top notch chamber musicians who perform all around the world, but they are local to the Seattle area.
