🏛️ Our community centers around three principles:
Belonging, Safety, and Trust. Please report harassment over meetup to an organizer or contact email in our Code of Conduct.
🧑💻 Software Developers, you may find value at our meetup doing one or none of the following: look for a better job, meet developers and make friends, validate the feasibility of an ambitious side project, get help with my coding blocker or homework, gain insight and awareness into a company you're interviewing for, learn about other professions involving code, join a vibrant online discord community, and/or hangout to sip coffee in a perfect space with friendly people.
📈 Tech companies, we're currently available for sponsorships and partnerships! You may find us helpful in business areas such as developer relations, brand visibility, product feedback, user interviews, recruiting, lead generation, and community engagement.

The Intro Circle
Around 30 minutes into the event (12:30 pm), we will do a standup in a circle.
Round 1:- Your name
- Your occupation/professional interests
- What would you like help with?
Round 2:
- Job opportunities you're hiring for OR announce that you are looking for one. If none, that's cool.
- Community events you wanna plug.
After the introduction circle, everything is self-organized. Tech Workshops will be hosted in the nearby meeting rooms (details below).
Tech Workshops
We offer the following workshops after the intro circle. These are free for all and hosted by friends/volunteers at C&C! For this week:Networking 101 - by Roman Feldman:
What doors can a strong network open that skills alone can’t? This workshop invites early to mid-career tech professionals — from engineers and designers to PMs and data scientists — to explore what a “good” network actually means, and how to build one that aligns with their personal and professional goals. Through real-world scenarios, we’ll break down how to prepare for events, start meaningful conversations, use platforms like LinkedIn effectively, and follow up in ways that deepen connections. Each topic is grounded in outcome-based thinking: given where you want to go, how can your networking efforts get you closer?Cracking coding interviews - by Ryan Ren:
During this workshop we will explore coding challenges in a typical software engineering interview. There will be an intro on what to expect during interviews followed by hands-on coding problems. Please bring a laptop and have a Leetcode account set up.Additionally if you have specialty knowledge you'd like to share, or wish to find an audience for your tech talk, please reach out to any of our volunteers or @ us on discord!
