Seattle Waterfront Walk + HONKFEST Georgetown w Joe, Fri evening, May 30.

Lets Meet Downtown for post-work waterfront walk, then take bus to Georgetown for HONKFEST!

What is HonkFest? HonkFest is a FREE community music festival featuring very unique, eclectic, raucous street bands. It is tons of fun! Over a dozen bands playing and rotating throughout 4 different areas.

Meet on time at 5:30 at Seattle HARBOR STEPS at 1st Ave and University.
(across from SAM Seattle Art Museum). Walk down to the waterfront, check out Pier 62,and the new elevated stairway overlook connecting the Aquarium to Pike Place. We'll walk around 1 hr and 15 min. We'll then take 124 Bus on 3rd Ave to Georgetown for HonkFest.
(Folks can stay for as short or as long as they wish).

DRIVING AND PARKING IN DOWNTOWN IS A MESS AND EXPENSIVE, PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS ENCOURAGED.

To eat: you can grab a pizza slice or hot dog near the waterfront, or grab something in Pike Place or Georgetown.
