Boardgames and Brews and Ciders, too! (Cross-posted)

Calling all board and card game fans! Let's get together and indulge in a lighthearted afternoon/evening of play. I'll bring board games Sequence, Otrio, and Happy Little Accidents. I'll also bring card games Cards Against Humanity, Joking Hazard, Blink and Uno.

If anyone has Code Names (the version for multiple players) and would be willing to bring it, that would be awesome, as that's another really fun group game. Please feel free to bring your favorite games, as well. This event will be cross-posted to a another group in the same age range, which often has a waitlist for events posted there. I think between the two MUs, there will be a good turnout and people can choose between multiple smaller groups playing various games.

I've reserved an area at Flying Bike Cooperative Brewery in Greenwood. Please be prepared to purchase at least one beverage to support this fabulous, local, members-owned brewery, which is reserving a great space for us. They offer beer and cider on tap, as well as in bottles and cans, and also offer non-alcoholic options.

The venue does not serve food, but you can order take-out from restaurants close by and you pop over for carryout or some deliver to the brewery. Or bringing your own eats from home is allowed, too! Please just be mindful that while drinking and possibly eating, you'll be using games that others have brought for considerate, shared play - thanks.

We'll be in the area just to the right of the door. You'll see "Reserved" signs on the tables. Parking can be a little tricky in that area of Greenwood, so plan accordingly.

Drop-ins within the three and a half hour timeframe are welcome. Please note your later arrival time in the comments section below. Note, the brewery closes at 8 p.m.

Please be sure to only sign up if you plan to show up. No shows and last minute cancellations aren't groovy, and the group's no show policy will be in effect.
