Write it Out Workshops are a six week introduction to journaling for mental health. Small groups. Attend in person or online.

Clinical hypnotherapist, Gestalt psychotherapist, and poet, Liz Macnamara will take you through six approaches to journaling which draw on traditions from as old as when KNOW THYSELF was chiselled into the lintel above the door, and as young as neurobiology. By approaching journaling from different directions we cast new light on old stories and learn to treasure the story of each day.

In our group meetings we break the habit of going it alone. This is no solitary method, share as much or as little as you like, pay witness to other journeys, all you have to do is turn up to belong.
