We’re the biggest international running group in Seoul. Welcoming anyone and everyone to our runs, regardless of background or experience. Our group runs are free and open to anyone to attend. In general, we organize runs on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings. ✨ Find us on Instagram @seoulflyers.

Weekly schedule:
Tuesday: Track Run (meet at Sinbanpo Track or Yonsei University Track, 7:00 p.m.)
Wednesday: Namsan Hills (meet at Namsan Library, 7:00 p.m.)
Saturday and Sunday morning: Hangang Loop (meet at Ichon Hangang Park, 8:30 a.m.)

We meet every Wednesday at 7:00pm in front of the Namsan Library Rock. Our main routes are 8km (out-back or loop) or 12km (up-down), and expect plenty of vert.

Bag storage. Stretching & warm-up

Start running. We run towards the river and follow the Han River Path.

Return to Starfield Library.
8:10PM
Dinner (optional)Distance and pace can be decided on the spot. Beginner-friendly. We run at a relaxed speed where we can chat as we jog along the river.
3~5km recommended for first-time runners.
Bags can be stored at the COEX bicycle shelter (not 100% secured). If you have valuables, use the lockers at Samseong Station. The club is not responsible for any injury or loss.

We will run along old fortress path and stop by at Naksan park, visiting a scene from Kpop Demon Hunters.
It will be a slow run tour and beginners are welcome. This is a paid event for non-paid members.WHEN:

Finish at Jongno3ga. Optional lunch: spicy chicken stew*The route is NOT A LOOP. Note that start and finish point is different. If you store your bags at the Dongdaemun station you will need to go back.
