After many wonderful years in Pacifica, photographer Stephen Johnson will be closing his gallery at the end of January as the city repurposes the space. To celebrate the gallery’s remarkable run and decades of creative work, Stephen is hosting a series of special shows and classes as the space winds down.

The current exhibition, “50 Years of Portraits,” brings together a lifetime of human connection through the lens — a heartfelt retrospective of Stephen’s ongoing exploration of portraiture. The show runs through this Saturday 1:30-3pm.

Stephen will also teach his final Fine Art Printing Class in this gallery, November 8–11, offering a rare opportunity to learn in this inspiring setting before the doors close. The September workshop received wonderful feedback — you can watch a short testimonial here.
