Join us for Shallow Water Aerobics! It’s a fun, low-impact cardio workout that’s perfect for anyone looking to stay active—especially those with joint pain, arthritis, or past injuries.
The natural resistance of the water helps build muscle strength and endurance, while improving balance and coordination. Plus, the soothing properties of water promote relaxation and help reduce stress.
Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, so whether you’re a seasoned water aerobics enthusiast or trying it for the first time, you’ll feel right at home.

Classes are held on Wednesday and Thursday at 10:00am at the North County Aquatic Complex, 861 Toney Penna Drive, Jupiter. It's located 1/4 west of Military Trail. Look for big blue North County Aquatic Complex sign on north side of street.
No pool membership needed and pre-registration is not necessary. Just show up! All equipment is provided. It's recommended to wear a hat and sunglasses.
Cost is only $6.00 on a pay-as-you-go basis.
