We will be doing drum circles at least once a month at Unity Church. If needed I will add another.
What this will do for you? It will connect you with community through resonance, love and the drum. We will connect first with each other. Talk to myself and one another. It is for you, for your space and life.
My background is that of many many years, a functional medicine physician, acupuncturist, mental health coach and counselor and the community calls me shaman as I have been trained under Steve Serr, trained under Sandra Ingerman. I would love to get people together every fourth Friday of the month at Unity Church on 90th for drum journeys and meditation for calm, destress, and Peace within.
