We’re excited to announce SEA’s first community book club! The first meeting date will be February 8, 2026, at 2pm. We hope you will join us in exploring books that imagine climate futures we can feel hopeful about. As D.W. Orr reminds us, "hope is a verb with its sleeves rolled up." So let’s roll up our sleeves, open some inspiring books, and come together for conversations about what community climate resilience can look like.

Our first book will be What If We Get It Right? by Ayana Elizabeth Johnson. Our meeting location will be determined by how many people sign up, so if you are interested please fill out this brief form. For questions, email [juliet@ecoshasta.org](mailto:juliet@ecoshasta.org)
