We will be enjoying a premium whale watching adventure with expert commentary, aboard a super-fast luxury, open-deck boat. Expect close encounters as humpback whales swim by - and on occasion, come right alongside the vessel to show off and pose for photos

Our vessel is a very comfortable 12-seater, which DOES NOT SCARE THE WHALES AWAY as do the larger larger whale watching boats

.. You must be able to step in and out of a boat without assistance
.. If you are prone to motion sickenss, please administer prescription medication prior to departure. DO NOT RELY ON NATURAL REMEDIES such as ginger, as these are least effective

⭐ CONDITIONS AND REFUNDS

Payment is required as you RSVP
If you invite a friend please pay on their behalf. Do not rely on them to pay
We strongly suggest covering electronic equipment (e.g. cameras) against spray/water. No responsibility is taken for any damaged/lost equipment
Whales are wild animals and sightings cannot be guaranteed
No refunds if whales are not sighted
Failure to arrive on time will void your ticket with no refunds
Parking at any meetup point is entirely your risk and parking-cost
Your tea/coffee is provided, as above. All other eats/drinks are your cost
Touring is subject to weather/sea conditions at the time of adventure
Bookings at this price, close 1 June 2025 or when minimum RSVPs are received, whichever comes first
Minimum: 10 RSVPs
Once minimum attendees RSVP there is no refund
Should minimum RSVPs not be reached by 1 June 2025 a full refund will be credited to your bank account only
RSVPs lodged after 1 June 2025 will be subject to availability and adjusted to a higher price
No refunds issued after bookings close
If you cancel after bookings close, I will endeavour to resell your ticket for you, however no guarantees of sale are provided
Only approved members may purchase a resold ticket
Names on the waitlist are not a guarantee of any member's interest to attend
If your ticket does not sell, there is no refund
Reselling a ticket invokes a $48 Cancellation Fee

If you resign from, or are removed from our meetup group, all cancellation policies & cancellation fees for all adventures including this adventure, still apply - even if your departure is prior to this or any other adventure's commencement
As with all our adventures, the host & meetup organiser reserve the right to discontinue any unused part of your ticket at any time, including prior to the adventure and during the adventure. Cancellation may include any return transport and shuttle transport, without providing reason or refund. In such instances members are responsible for arranging their own return home along with absorbing all associated costs without any refund nor reimbursement.
