Mixed-Level Pickleball Thursday at Koenig Field

Details
This Thursday we’re hopefully springing forward into warmer weather and a break from the rain ☔️ — and what better way to enjoy the warm weather than by playing some pickleball 🏓🥒?!
Join us for a mixed-level open play session at the Koenig Field pickleball courts in Edgewood, where we’ll rally, compete, and grow our game together!
This session welcomes players at various skill levels, but it’s expected that participants:
✅ Know the rules of the game
✅ Can maintain a consistent rally
✅ Can hit a third-shot drop
✅ Understand scoring and player positioning
✅ Know how to dink
✅ Know how to serve
⚠️ Please note: This is not a clinic or session exclusive to beginners — it’s an opportunity to play with others who are at similar or different levels. It’s a great way to challenge yourself by playing with more advanced players, and for higher-level players, a chance to give back by sharing knowledge with others 😇. Whether you’re here to grow your skills, meet new players, or just have fun — this is the perfect chance!
Rain Chance ☔️- If it rains, we will cancel and aim to meet up the following week same place, same time 😊!
🟢 No cost to participate — the outdoor courts are free!
🎾 Please bring your own paddle and balls, as none will be provided.
***Although Sistas Who Pickleball is intended for women who identify as Black/African-American, this is not an exclusive group. There is always room for others to join as long as they respect the safe space being created for Black/African-American women :-)**
