SDSU Mission Valley River Park Easy Walk

Let's take a walk on San Diego's newest path by the San Diego River. The SDSU Mission Valley River Park near Snapdragon Stadium includes a 2 mile paved walkway that winds through grass fields by the river. We'll add another mile by exiting the park on Murphy Canyon Trail, crossing under Friars Road, and walking north past the nearby gas tanks until we turn around at the Murphy Canyon Road cul-de-sac.
We'll meet at the trailhead across the trolley tracks behind IKEA. Fenton Parkway trolley station is nearby. Expect to walk about 3 miles in an hour on paved paths.
