What we’re about
Sociable Singles is a group for single people that like to socialize, meet new people, make new friends and go fun places. Bars, Clubs and Dinners where we can have a friendly chat and a couple of drinks followed by some dancing into the wee hours. After all we are Sociable and Sinlge so why not get out and and make some great memories together.
This groups is inclusive and everyone is welcome to join us. All ages are welcome, 20's to 30's are welcome as long as you can keep up with the 40's to 60's members. We do ask that people are respectful towards one another because at the end of the day we are all just people out to socialize and have a good time. Always open to suggestions and we will always try to find somewhere new and exciting plus we will visit some old favorites occasionally.
New to Brisbane, new to Meet up, newly single or just new to socializing, we have all been there ourselves at sometime and will do our best to help you feel welcome. Don't be shy, we won't bite, I promise. We weren't all born social butterflies. Some of us took ages to spread our wings, I know I did.
Please make sure you RSVP to events as it is always good to know how many people will be joining us and some venues have limited space.
Please note that all members are responsible for themselves and I encourage responsible drinking, nobody wants to see you being escorted from a venue or removed from the group for not being respectful to other members of the group or staff at the venue.
