Dann mach mit bei unserem spannenden und lustigen Event, bei dem wir gemeinsam verschiedene Aufgaben angehen und unsere Komfortzone verlassen! Es geht darum, deine Grenzen zu überwinden, deine Erwartungen an dich selbst zu übertreffen und dabei gemeinsam eine tolle Zeit zu haben.
Wir alle kennen diese Gefühle und die einschränkenden Glaubenssätze, die uns daran hindern, unser Leben nach unseren eigenen Vorstellungen zu gestalten. Bei "Social Adventures in Berlin" möchten wir dich ermutigen, aktiv zu werden und sowohl soziale als auch persönliche Grenzen zu überwinden. Mit anderen an deiner Seite, die dich unterstützen und anfeuern, lassen sich diese Herausforderungen leichter und mit Spaß bewältigen!
Wir beginnen gemeinsam mit allen Teilnehmern und erklären zuerst das Konzept. Anschließend machen wir verschiedene Aktivitäten und teilen uns dafür in kleinere Gruppen auf, um uns gegenseitig zu motivieren und herauszufordern. Zum Abschluss kommen wir wieder zusammen, um über unsere Erfahrungen zu reflektieren und zu besprechen, wie wir die erlernten Kenntnisse langfristig anwenden können. Bei "Social Adventures in Berlin" glauben wir an unser Konzept und haben selber Freude daran, weshalb wir diese Events kostenlos anbieten! Ja, völlig gratis. Es fallen keine Kosten an.

We all improvise all the time!
It's coming up with a story to tell someone. Making up an excuse when you are late to work. Having to do a presentation when you have lost all your notes. Improvising is also coming up with a joke or a pickup line on a date.
Improvising can be challenging, but it can be fun. It involves spontaneity and creativity. Whether or not you think you are good at improvising doesn't matter. You may surprise yourself. So join us for an evening of improv games where we certainly will have fun!
