This is actually several events rolled into one, you can choose to attend according to available spots and time. And this is also act 3 of our tide pool foraging series.
We have to announce this event early, cause volunteering spots at half moon bay' beach's spots goes fast, so reserve yours before running out. And usually half moon bay has the biggest volunteer crowd for all the sites we have volunteered with State Park Foundation.
1. Half Moon Bay beach volunteering with State Park Foundation 9am-12pm
2. Group picnic at Pillar Point Harbor after volunteering 12:30pm
3. Tide pool & foraging tutorial, Maverick Beach, Half moon bay 1:30pm
Volunteering Registration with State Park, use the March 21st, the 2nd one.

State Park Foundation's volunteering usually starts early at 9am. By our experience, 10am arrival is also fine.
