Something a bit different for hopefully a sunny Sunday afternoon.
Come along and enjoy the walled garden at Whitehouse & Grange Bowling Club. The walled garden provides a backcloth for those bowling on the green or just sitting on the sidelines. The main feature is the Rose Garden but trees are also planted to mark significant occasions such as a Rowan Tree planted on 11 July last year to mark the exact time 100 years earlier that Eric Liddell won his gold medal at the 1924 Paris Olympics.
Entry fee is £5 and the nominated charities are St.Columba’s Hospice Care 30% & The Eric Liddell Community 30%. Refreshments for sale include - Teas, coffees, scones, cakes and Luca's ice cream. There is also a licensed bar. Please bring cash.

Scotland’s Gardens is a registered charity created in 1931 and raises funds for other worthy charities by facilitating the opening of large and small gardens of horticultural interest throughout Scotland to the public. 60% of the funds raised at each garden opening are given to the charity chosen by the garden owner.
