🗓 DATE: Sunday, 21 September 2025.
⏰ MEETING TIME: 10.35am.
🚊 MEETING POINT: (start & finish) Medlow Bath train station - at the main entry/exit.

🥾 DISTANCE: 10.5 km circuit.
🥾 GRADE: mostly Moderate/slightly HARD on a steady pace, not slow pace!
💪🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended due to uneven rocky surfaces, creek crossings, steep stair climbs, a bit of rock scramblings and bush bashing at few overgrown sections. Tracks expected to be wet and muddy in parts.

‼️ NOTE: this walk is not for whingers, non bushwalkers, slow paced walkers or those with intense fear of heights!
‼️ If you’re not keeping up the pace with the group or lag behind at any stage, I will ask you to exit the walk immediately and find your way out back to the station❗️

📸 WHAT TO EXPECT:
🧗🏻This is moderately challenging tracks with few slightly hard sections mostly under the shade.
🚶‍♂️An exciting adventure with fantastic views of Megalong Valley, awesome lookouts along the cliff top, secluded waterfalls and cool caves. It’s really a hidden gem. Shhh...! 🤫
🤳 We will have photo sessions and selfies at the Three Brothers, lesser known siblings to the famous Three Sisters in Katoomba.
🤳 Also photo stops at few breathtaking lookouts along the cliff top.

❎ NO facilities on the trails, so please come well prepared.

🎒WHAT TO BRING:
👕 Comfortable outfit for the weather preferably hiking gear. Jeans or cotton t-shirt may not be suitable for bushwalk.
🥾 Waterproof hiking boots or good grip walking shoes highly recommended due to muddy tracks and creek crossings.
💦 At least 1.8L of water, Hydralyte or sports energy drinks.
🥪 Snacks and packed lunch.
🧢 Hat, sunscreen and insect repellent.
⛑ Basic First Aid Kit ie. BandAid, anti bacterial wipes, pain reliever tablets and hand sanitiser.
🧥 Light raincoat just in case of wet weather.
