⏰ MEETING TIME: 10am.
🚊 MEETING PLACE: (start & finish) Glenbrook station, on top of the stairs at the entry/exit. Please use Google maps for exact location!

🥾 DISTANCE: 12km return.
🥾 GRADE: mostly Moderate/slightly Hard on a steady pace, not snail pace!
💪🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended with uneven rocky surfaces, steep stairs, ups and downs hills, creek crossings, rocks hopping and rocks scrambling.

📸 WHAT TO EXPECT:
🚶‍♂️Upon arrival at Glenbrook station, we will begin our exciting adventure to Red Hands Cave Track stopping at NPWS office for quick toilet break.
🚶We will proceed down to the Blue Pool for a photo stop and optional swim before continuing to Red Hands Cave track enjoying the lush forests along the creek listening to flowing streams and wild birds.
🥗 We will have a photo sessions and BYO lunch break at the Red Hands Cave.
🏊‍♀️ After lunch, we will head back to the causeway with some rocks hopping and a bit of rocks scrambling to Jellybean Pool for a swim (optional) and BYO picnic. 🧺

📝 NOTES:
🏊‍♀️ You may stay at the pool for a swim as long as you wish and make your way back up to Glenbrook station at your leisure via NPWS office public toilets.
🥘 You’re welcome to have a drinks or bite to eat in the town centre before heading home.
🍹Recommend 2773 Cafe on Ross St for refreshing drinks or bite to eat.

🎒WHAT TO BRING 🎒
👕 Comfortable outfit for the weather preferably hiking gear. Jeans or cotton t-shirt may not be suitable for this walk.
🥾 Waterproof hiking boots or good grip walking shoes highly recommended.
💦 At least 1.8L of WATER, Hydralyte or sports energy drinks.
🥪 Snacks and PACKED LUNCH.
🧢 Hat and sunscreen.
⛑ Basic First Aid kit - BandAid, bandages, antibacterial wipes and hand sanitiser.
🧥 Light raincoat or a poncho just in case of wet weather.
🏊🏼‍♂️ Cozzies and towel if you wish to swim at Blue Pool or/and Jellybean Pool.
