for (panelist of panelists) {
· · panelist.introduce();
· · panelist.sit();
}
2. The MC starts with an open question.
The audience will write more questions on post-its and deliver them to the Master of Ceremony while the panellist is speaking. Tony will help with gathering the Postits to the MC.
while(panelist.is(SPEAKING)) {
· · questions = audience.writeQuestions({ to: panelists })
· · tony.deliver(questions, { to: mc });
· · wait(Until.AUDIENCE_HAVE_MORE_QUESTIONS);
}
3. The MC will pick the questions.
The MC is responsible to select the questions more relevant to the flow of the conversation.
while(panelist.is(NOT_SPEAKING) {
· · question = mc.pickNext();
· · ask(question, { to: panelist })
}
4. Sync Q&A
In the end, the audience will be able to ask questions synchronously
while(panelist.is(NOT_SPEAKING) {
· · question = audience.pickNext();
· · ask(question, { to: panelist })
}
Audio/Video Recording
This event will be recorded for the purpose of sharing it with crafters who couldn't be present on the day. Click here to go to Youtube channel.
By doing an RSVP, you agree to participate in the recording; if you don't want to be recorded, please talk to one of the organisers.
Talk to your friends!
Please invite a colleague, or a friend, especially if they are taking their first steps into software development! Bonus points if they have a different perspective on the subject; this will enrich the conversation.
See you there!
"Free software' is a matter of liberty, not price. To understand the concept, you should think of 'free' as in 'free speech,' not as in 'free beer'."
