See early spring wildflowers and hike to the far side of Upper Table Rock.

While the masses visit close to where the trail connects at the top, there is a peaceful end that takes more effort to reach. The climb to the top has a moderate elevation gain of 720 feet, thenceforth a level hike to the other side, with a round-trip of about 7 miles. Upon reaching the top we will take time to enjoy the sweeping vista of the Rogue Valley before heading across to the other side. If you prefer a shorter hike, you can linger at the south end and return to the trailhead at your leisure. We can arrange the carpool accordingly for those who have that option in mind. Bring water, lunch, and snacks. Pack a jacket for forecasted frosty morning; otherwise we are looking at a warm afternoon.

ALERT: There is a regulation prohibiting dogs on this trail.
