Join me for our **Monthly Sound Bath** on **Friday, 7th November** , a gentle evening to slow down, exhale, and let your body release the noise of the week. The vibrations of the bowls will help your nervous system settle and your energy come back into balance.

Nothing to do , just allow yourself to rest and be held by sound.

🕯️✨ The space will be beautifully **lit by candlelight**, creating a serene and sacred atmosphere. Surrounded by the healing vibrations of Tibetan and Vedic singing bowls, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest and inner harmony. Allow the sound to gently calm your nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your body and soul.

No experience is needed , just wear comfortable clothing, and come ready to relax.
