Join us as we learn a peaceful meditation practice to deepen our spiritual awareness and connect with our inner selves.
This session will guide you through simple meditation techniques to help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and create the inner stillness needed to be a source of peace in the world around you.
Beginner Meditation: 10 am to 11 am
In-Depth Meditation: 11.15 am to 12.30 pm
All are welcome.
A Complementary Vegetarian Meal will be served at the end of the session.
