Join us for our weekly Midday Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Meditation, a guided space to cultivate presence, peace, and gentle awareness within yourself.

Each session offers an opportunity to:

Establish or deepen your mindfulness practice

Explore weekly themes that connect mindfulness to everyday life

Strengthen self-compassion and emotional balance

Reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner calm

Experience a guided visualization to support reflection, clarity, and alignment

Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to your practice after time away, this circle is here to meet you where you are. The intention is to support you in weaving mindfulness into the way you live, relate, and respond—moment by moment, breath by breath.
