Welcome to 'Soul + One Social' Meet online first, then in real live in Copenhagen
.. an activity group where women and men in their 30s–50 in Copenhagen unite over a shared life stage. Solo by choice or by chance, living independently—seeking a healthy emotional center on our own and with others.

healthy Selfhood,
practical relations,
friendships,
spiritual bonding
deeper long-lasting partnerships
At this time you maybe perceive your situation be different from typical norms 'considered' for this age bracket.
You either/and/or ..
- Choose to live on your own, embracing personal independence
- Live without current family ties / are a single parent
- Solo while seeking partnership
- Live an aromantic lifestyle but seek meaningful connections
- Prefer alternative partnership styles with partner-independent activities
- Live by yourself but open to love and care with a significant other
- Or many other reasons for a self-based lifestyle, by choice or circumstance

- Engaging in simple, light-hearted activities and chats
- Finding and sharing moments of good spirit and joy together
This Social forum or “café” is a community that will continually reshape over time: some will come and stay, some will move on—and that’s a welcome reality of personal needs, taste and choice.

### About our meetings (online first → then IRL)
Online (in the beginning)
- Camera + Mic mandatory , at least for check in (1 minute)
- Varied themes: one artwork, light philosophy, or a film chat.
- Come to several sessions to continue topics and see familiar faces.
- We aim for a balanced mix of women and men at events.
In-person (Copenhagen)
- After several online sessions, we decide together to meet IRL.
- Typical plans: museum visit, exhibition, or another cultural outing.
- Plans emerge naturally and are agreed during online meetings.
