We work on consciousness, mindfulness, evolution of spirit, metaphysical work, angel work, inner self work, and energy work.
We gather groups of like minded individuals and form a community of love, light, and support. All spiritual skill levels are welcome to join as we learn together through experiences in a judgement FREE and safe zone.
We offer fun and educational classes in a private setting focusing on a variety of topics that are listed below. We also offer specialized classes for those interested in becoming certified in specific areas of holistic healing or growth.

We also offer Reiki, Archangel Light, Energetic Cord Cutting, and Crystal Therapy sessions. Appointments required and can be made through our website.
Psychics and mediums, as well as angel, tarot, and oracle card readers are additional services offered here. Appointments required.
Metaphysical supplies such as sage, crystals, pendulums, salt lamps, selenite lamps, jewelry, cards, incense, oils, candles and additional items will be available for purchase in office.
Office space including a conference room and individual rooms are available to rent by the hour, day, week, month, or year is available.

Yoga for Life is owned by Noreen Fitzmaurice. Noreen is a 300 hour yoga instructor specializing in slow yoga practices to help align the flexibility of a yoga body with the calmness and peace of a yoga mind.
Her yin yoga and restorative yoga classes are designed to release body tension and bring calmness to the mind.
Restorative yoga invites you to completely relax your body and lets you reset the neuron-connections from brain to body giving an overall feeling of calmness and wellness.
In restorative yoga your body is completely supported by props, and each pose is held for 10 minutes letting your body and mind completely reset.
Due to the personal attention required we are limiting this class to 6 attendees.
Suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience necessary.
What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, any yoga props you may have such as yoga blocks, yoga bolster, blanket and yoga strap.
If you don’t own any props we will have some props available for you to
use.

The Sacred Breath Method is a holistic, parasympathetic-driven, and trauma-informed approach to Conscious Connected Breathwork.
This method incorporates a nourishing nose-inhale breath cycle, which is key to activating the ventral vagal parasympathetic(rest & restore) nervous system response. This is a conscious, connected pattern of circular breathing which removes the pause between the inhale and exhale.
Circular breathing brings vital levels of oxygen into the body allowing for alignment and movement of universal life-force energy. It is a powerful tool for dissolving energetic blockages, surfacing emotional wounds for greater healing and catharsis, activating the higher mind for multi-faceted clarity, and entering into transcendental and mystical states of consciousness by way of the theta (or occasionally delta) brainwave state.
The Sacred Breath Method is a beautifully transformative and experiential self-healing modality. It creates deep spaciousness, freedom of expression, and healing through release, reclamation and soul activation.
This experience includes a guided meditation, hour-long breathwork journey using the Sacred Breath Method, integration phase with essential oils and grounding touch, and restorative savasana.
What to bring for your journey:
- Eye mask with straps to cover your eyes while journeying (it's possible to tie a scarf or bandana as well)
- Blanket
- Water to drink after the journey
- Journal for insights/reflection
Before the session:
- Go to the bathroom, avoid consuming any alcohol or intoxicating substances, and do not eat a large meal. Make sure all food is digested at least 1 hour before and eat lightly in the hours prior. Avoid coffee at least 3 hours before breathwork.
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing (no belt or buttons) that is not restrictive around the waist. Sports bra, loose bra, or avoid it altogether.
Post breathwork self-care:
- Drink plenty of water and eat nourishing food, allow spaciousness for processing/journaling, connecting with nature/grounding
- Breath medicine may continue to work on you past the journey. Be open to the wisdom and insight that may unfold.
