### Event Description

Shake off the stress of the week.
This 40-minute class blends breathwork, mindful movement, therapeutic shaking and deep relaxation to reset the body and calm the mind. Suitable for all levels.

### What to Expect

  • Guided breathwork to open the lungs and release tension
  • Mindful movement to connect with the body and improve flow
  • Shaking practice to discharge stress and activate the fascia
  • Guided relaxation to finish feeling grounded and centred

No experience required — everything is guided step by step.
