Take time to pause during the holiday season with this restorative Sound Bath for Peace.🎁

You will have the opportunity to reflect, let go, and set intentions for the upcoming winter season and relax as you are "bathed" in the powerful sound frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other high vibrational instruments.

Bring a blanket or mat to sit or lie down on during the session. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, and an extra blanket. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and bring water to stay hydrated.

All are welcome but space is limited.
No experience is necessary.
Come with an open mind and heart.💗
This event is donation-based.

The sound bath will take place in Aikido Del Mar's new location in Scripps Ranch. Walk around the left side of the building to reach the entrance in the back. There will be a sign at the door. As a courtesy to the dojo, please remove your shoes before going on the mat. Much gratitude to Aikido Del Mar for sharing their sacred space.🙏
