Restorative Yoga Session At Kloofendal Nature Reserve

Megan Adams will be hosting a gentle 30-minute restorative yoga flow designed to ease tension and bring balance back to your body. This slow, grounding session focuses on standing postures and requires no previous yoga experience. 🧘🏻♀️
To close, there will be a guided 10-minute Dharana practice (a meditative concentration technique that gently steadies the mind and anchors awareness), led by Guru Dr Kumar. This offering is open to anyone who feels comfortable participating and is an invitation to turn inward, to rest not just the body, but also the mind. ✨
Time: This session will take place once the hike hosted by Nhlanhla Teslar Ngeleza ends and takes place along side a picnic hosted by Liam du Toit at 10:30am.
Venue: We will perform this session at the top of the hill of the Little Falls Ridge Nature Reserve across the road from Kloofendal Nature Reserve. Please park your car inside the Kloofendal Nature Reserve and we will meet in the car park before walking across and climbing the hill, which will take about 25 minutes, so please arrive promptly at 10:30am for us to start the hike up the hill.
What to Bring: A yoga mat you won’t mind placing on the ground or at least a blanket you will be able to do standing postures on and use to sit on during the Dharana practice.
