As the final Full Moon of the year rises, you’re invited to step into a cozy, candlelit practice at The Sacred Collective in West Babylon.

Join me for an evening of gentle, lunar-inspired yoga designed especially for midlife bodies—no pressure, no perfection, just space to breathe and be.

Under the glow of the Full Cold Moon, we’ll:

  • Move through a slow, accessible flow to ease stiff joints and melt end-of-year tension
  • Practice long, supported stretches to calm your nervous system and quiet the holiday noise
  • Explore simple breathwork to help you release stress, worry, and “shoulds” you’re ready to leave in 2025
  • Close with a guided relaxation and short reflection on what you’re ready to let go of—and what you’d love to call in for the year ahead

This class is perfect if you:

  • Are feeling a little worn out from the holiday rush
  • Want a ritual to honor your growth this year
  • Crave a soft, judgment-free space to reconnect with yourself
