The Power of 3 - Why the Future is Triple-Shaped
When we talk about design and product in agile spaces, we often return to familiar models—the Double Diamond, Dual Track Agile, the comfort of sprints and backlogs. But the world has shifted. The challenges we’re solving today are more interconnected, more behavioural, more systemic. They require something deeper.
In this talk, I’m going to share how evolving to the Triple Diamond can help us zoom out—to bring strategic journey thinking into our work. We’ll explore how this shift creates a more continuous, contextual understanding of the people we are designing for, and how that insight fuels better decisions. And crucially, we’ll talk about how to make it real in Agile delivery—by operationalising through Tri-Track Agile.
