A Before Christmas Hike at Garden of the Gods

Come out and enjoy the unparalleled beauty of the Garden of the Gods during the holidays.

We'll hike the Palmer, Buckskin-Charlie, Niobrara, and Bretag Trail clockwise Loop. There's so much to see. The highlight of the hike is the Siamese Twins rock formation!

This is about a 4-mile loop with an elevation gain of 450 feet. Alltrails classifies the hike as moderate.

Parking lot Trailhead at 9:00 am - see attached photos.

Location: We will be parking at the trailhead NOT the Visitor Center. Main Parking Lot (P2), 1423-1427 Juniper Way Loop, Colorado Springs, CO 80904

The parking lot is paved and has restrooms.

Items to bring include sunscreen, jacket, hat, hiking shoes, rain gear, food, trekking poles (if you think you may need them), and plenty of water.
