Spirit Lifting will/is no longer available at Strictly Ballroom

We were very sad to see this group leave!
At this time Strictly Ballroom is looking to combine with other Yoga instructors to keep that body awareness going in our dance world.
Thank you all who joined and followed our group; we look forward to hopefully offering Yoga hear at Strictly Ballroom again very soon!
