Welcome to join me at the Scottish Cultural Centre - Celtic Room for this exciting yet relaxing class on Monday evenings, 7pm - 9pm. We will start the class with one hour crystal bowl meditation with the sound wave of the crystal bowl to relax and cleanse you to rid of your stress with chakras alignment, then followed by Oracle card reading for the next hour to share some insights on spiritual knowledge and experience to guide and direct you in a positive and beneficial ways to face your daily challenges while creating opportunities to enhance and better your life for holistic wellness.

Outline:
· 6:30 PM – Arrival, Welcome & Intention Setting (15–20 min)
Guests are welcomed into the space, settle in, and join in setting a shared intention for the evening.
· 6:45 PM – Breathwork Introduction (20 min)
Lumy offers an overview of Conscious Connected Breathwork, including what to expect, how it works, and how to stay grounded throughout.
· 7:05 PM – Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork (50 min)
A deep somatic journey guided by Lumy, allowing participants to experience emotional release, clarity, and a nervous system reset.
· 7:55 PM – Sound Healing Journey with Jerry (50 min)
A live soundscape featuring healing instruments and theta-wave frequencies, supporting deep integration and energetic alignment.
· 8:45 PM – Sharing & Integration Circle (30–40 min)
A supportive space for participants to reflect, share insights, and gently ground before closing.
· 9:30 PM – Closing of Event

Please bring your own Yoga mat, blanket and pillow. We have an extra blanket in case you still feel cold. Bring your water as well. You can park your car on the front lawn outside the main house. Our meditation room is in the barn east of the main house after passing a metal gate.
