Challenging ride of 3 hours or more.
I will be setting the pace at manual MTB rate
We will be riding to Bramshaw Telegraph car park and back on a different route with only one road to cross.
450m of ascent.
In truth (clearly not from me!) it will simply be like 1.5x our normal Tuesday ride, but with very short breaks. Make sure you carry snacks.Meet at 9:45 for 10:00 prompt start
We will be passing High Corner Inn so could grab a coffee, but when Vic and I did a similar route we opted to keep moving rather than stop. Hope to have an afternoon snack at White Buck after we finish.

This will be a relaxed and sociable paced off road bike ride from the Red Shoot on our summer route south from there

Meet 10.15am for 10.30am set off
Mountain bike (or hybrid) needed - Mostly bike tracks / some minor roads.
SAFETY – PLEASE READ!!!
· You MUST have these details in your bag in case of any issues - typed up: full name, address, date of birth, NHS no. ideally, any allergies, any medical issues, emergency contact names / numbers ( 2 please) If you have details in your phone also then all the better.
· You MUST have your mobile phone with you, charged, with back up charger and with leaders number stored in it for your safety ( 07931 350642)
· You MUST wear a helmet and bring spare inner tube / puncture repair kits.
· We will use the “Buddy” system instead of backmarking – each person will choose a “buddy” and at every turn / stop / junction etc check their buddy is still with group – means no one has to get stuck at the back too much! (NB Buddy method does not mean you have to stick with same person for whole ride!)
· Please know your own abilities and fitness levels – you ride at your own risk.

- Acres Down social ride - Blue/ Red 15 miles'Acres Down' Forestry Car Park, Lyndhurst, SO43 7GE
Meet in the car park for Acres Down tea rooms. Please be ready to leave by 10am.
Join me for a sociable paced ride. Mountain or gravel bike is suitable. Parts of the ride can be demanding and there is one big hill at the end of the ride hence the blue/red classification. We'll take the tricky bits as slowly as we need to so no pressure.
